Editorial Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This page explains how Vestibular Well produces, reviews and publishes its content. Vertigo and dizziness sit close to genuinely serious conditions — stroke, for example — so bad information here has real consequences. Our method belongs in the open.
Who writes this
Vestibular Well is written and edited by a small editorial team focused on one subject: vertigo, dizziness and balance disorders, and what adults can reasonably understand and do about them. None of us holds a clinical qualification, and we do not claim to. This is educational content, not medical advice.
How we source information
We draw on reputable, publicly available sources — including the Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA), NHS, NIH/MedlinePlus, and peer-reviewed research — and we link to primary sources where it matters. We do not invent statistics, and we do not attribute claims to studies we have not actually read.
What we will never do
- Invent medical credentials, reviewers or clinical case studies
- Claim a product or exercise routine “cures” vertigo, Ménière’s disease, or any diagnosed condition
- Present a single testimonial or anecdote as proof of efficacy
- Hide or bury an affiliate relationship
Affiliate relationships
Some pages and articles contain affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That relationship never determines the verdict of a review — see our affiliate disclosure for the full explanation.
Corrections
If something on this site is factually wrong, we want to know. See our contact page to flag an error.
How we review products
Vestibular Well is an independent site run by a small editorial team, not by clinicians. Our product reviews are based on the vendor’s official pages, pricing, refund and privacy policies. Where a publisher gives us free member access we read the member copy and say so on the page; we have not followed the programs or tested their results, and each review says what it is based on. If a vendor or product owner offers us access, we will read it and update the page to say so. Method last updated: 16 October 2026.
