Vertigo Program PDF: What You Get
Disclosure: this page contains affiliate links (ClickBank). If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The publisher gave us free access to the full program so we could read it for this review. Educational content only, not medical advice.
The Vertigo and Dizziness Program PDF is the whole product: there is no app, no login area and no video course to unlock. That makes the practical questions more important than they look. What exactly arrives in your inbox, will it open on your phone, can you print it, and what happens if the link stops working six months from now? This page answers those, and explains why the “free PDF” copies floating around are a worse deal than they seem.

What is inside the download
According to the publisher, the guide started as a much longer draft and was cut down to four groups of exercises, which the publisher says take 3 to 15 minutes a day (the PDF’s own timings add up to more). You are encouraged to find the ones that help you and focus on those rather than working through everything. There is no equipment list, because nothing is needed beyond a chair and a bit of floor space.
What the file does not contain matters too. It will not tell you what is causing your dizziness, and it cannot adjust the exercises to your diagnosis. That is why we suggest a doctor’s assessment first. Our full review goes through which kinds of vertigo it suits and which it does not.
Devices, reading and printing
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Phone or tablet? | Yes. iPhone and iPad open PDFs in Books or Files; Android uses Google Drive or any PDF app. |
| Computer? | Yes, in any browser or PDF reader. |
| Kindle? | You can send a PDF to a Kindle, but small text and diagrams are easier to follow on a larger screen or on paper. |
| Printing at home? | Allowed for your own use. Printing the pages you actually use is enough. |
| Printed edition? | Offered after checkout at roughly printing cost. Optional. |
| Sharing with family? | The order page mentions downloads for you and close family. Posting it online is not allowed. |
A practical tip from how people actually use exercise guides: when you are dizzy, scrolling a phone is the last thing you want. Print the one or two pages you use daily, or keep them open on a tablet propped up at eye level, and do the first sessions seated.
Lost your download link?
- Search your inbox and spam folder for “ClickBank” and for the publisher’s name, Blue Heron Health News. The original email contains the link.
- If you cannot find it, use ClickBank’s order lookup on its customer support site with the email address you paid with. It can resend your order details.
- Still stuck? Contact the vendor through the support link on that order page and quote your order number.
- Once you have the file again, save a copy somewhere you control, such as your cloud drive.
Why a “free PDF” is a bad trade
Search results offering the PDF for free are unauthorized copies. Apart from being someone else’s work, they come with practical problems: files bundled with malware, older or incomplete versions, sign-up pages fishing for card details, and no refund if the program does not suit you. A genuine copy comes with the vendor’s 60-day guarantee (refunds go through ClickBank, which may refund less than the full price on digital products), which limits the money at risk. We cover the safe sources in where to buy the program, so we will not repeat that here.
Is a PDF the right format for you?
It suits readers who like written, step-by-step instructions and will stick to a short daily routine. It suits people less well if they learn movements best by watching, or if they need someone checking their form. In that case, a few sessions with a vestibular physical therapist are worth more than any file; see the program vs vestibular rehab.

What is inside the PDF (we read the member copy)
The publisher gave us free access to the member copy, which we read for this site. It is a short illustrated PDF of 22 numbered pages (copyright 2017) in four parts: held body positions, jaw, tongue and throat exercises, gentle neck and shoulder movements, and relaxation and slow breathing. The publisher’s sales pages say a session takes 3 to 15 minutes; the PDF’s own timings add up to roughly 25 to 35 minutes for the two parts it calls most important. We found no bonus material in the PDF. It contains no repositioning maneuvers, gaze-stabilization exercises or balance training. We do not reproduce its exercises. See our full review.
How we reviewed this (updated 20 October 2026): this page is based on the vendor’s official information, pricing and policies. We read the member copy of the program that the publisher provided free of charge; we have not followed the program or tested its results.
