Vertigo Program Refund Policy

The Vertigo and Dizziness Program refund policy gives you 60 days from purchase to ask for your money back. What most pages do not explain is how to actually do it, what the two slightly different wordings of the guarantee mean, and what to do if something goes wrong. This guide covers exactly that. (For the price itself and what it includes, see our cost guide.)

The essentials: 60 days from the order date · requested through ClickBank, the retailer · nothing to send back, because the product is digital · keep your ClickBank receipt email, which has your order number.

What the guarantee actually says

There are two versions of the promise on the publisher’s pages, and it is worth knowing both:

  • The long sales letter reportedly says that if you are not 100% happy for any reason, you can email and be refunded within 60 days without giving a reason (we did not re-read the letter on 30 Sep 2026; check it yourself before relying on this wording).
  • The short order page (read 30 Sep 2026) says: “If your vertigo symptoms haven’t gone within 60 days of buying this program you can have all your money back.”

In practice, both point to the same thing: a 60-day window, processed by ClickBank, which as retailer applies its own refund process independently of the publisher. We would still recommend giving a short, honest reason — “the exercises did not help my symptoms” is enough.

How to request a refund, step by step

  1. Find your receipt. Search your inbox for the ClickBank email sent right after purchase. It contains your order number and support links.
  2. Go to ClickBank’s customer support. Use the link in that email, or ClickBank’s order support site, and look up your order with the email address you used and the order number.
  3. Choose “Request a Refund”. Add a one-line reason. ClickBank’s own support pages say refunds are at its discretion and, for digital products, it may refund less than the full price.
  4. Save the confirmation. Take a screenshot or keep the confirmation email with its ticket number.
  5. Watch your statement. The refund goes back to the original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

You can also reply to the publisher’s post-purchase email, which the sales letter invites you to do, but going through ClickBank directly is the most reliable route because it is the party that holds your payment.

Timing: do not leave it to day 60

A practical way to use the window: try the exercises consistently for several weeks, check whether your symptoms have changed, then decide well before day 60. Put a reminder in your calendar on the day you buy.

What a refund does not cover

The guarantee protects your money, not your time or your health decisions. That is why we suggest getting a diagnosis before buying. If your symptoms look like BPPV, a repositioning maneuver done by a professional is usually faster than any home routine; Ménière’s disease and vestibular migraine are managed medically. And if vertigo arrives suddenly with double vision, one-sided weakness, slurred speech, a severe headache or sudden hearing loss, call 911 (US) or 999 (UK) — it can be a stroke. Our review covers who the program suits.

FAQ

Does The Vertigo and Dizziness Program have a money-back guarantee?

Yes, 60 days from purchase, processed by ClickBank.

Do I need to return anything?

No. The main product is a digital download.

Do I need to give a reason for the refund?

The sales letter says no reason is needed; a brief, honest reason still helps the request go smoothly.

Is the refund guaranteed?

The vendor promises it and ClickBank runs the process, but ClickBank says it may refund less than the full price on digital products and we have not requested one ourselves. Keep your confirmation until the money is back on your statement.

Knowing how the exit works makes the entry easier: try the routine properly, check in after a few weeks, and decide with a clear head rather than a countdown.
